How it works
A conversation, the Analysis, and only then a build.
In that order. We don't automate chaos, and we don't sell a system where a setting would have done it.
00 · Discovery call
Bring the thing that's actually annoying you. We'll ask what it costs, how long it's been that way, and what happens if nothing changes.
- You'll leave with the problem in your words
- A rough number on what it is costing
- At least one thing you can action yourself
- A pointer to the free wins that fit your setup
- A straight answer on whether the Analysis is worth doing
01 · Analyse
First question: are you getting everything out of the software you already pay for? Then where the time goes, what only one person knows, how leads become work, and what has become possible that you have not heard about yet.
- Anything switched off that would save time straight away gets handed over in week one, free
- A map of where the hours go, with numbers attached
- The knowledge risk listed and ranked
- How leads turn into work, from enquiry through to quote
- What competitors and your industry are doing with AI
- A plan: what to do first, what to leave alone, what it is worth
Approximately two weeks holds only if the people we need are made available. If the diary slips, so does the date, and we will tell you while it is happening rather than after.
02 · Automate
Only if the Analysis says it is worth it, and only in the shape that fits: a staged project, a small one to test the water, or none at all if training is the better move.
- Built around how your business operates rather than around a product
- Onboarding and compliance as one evidenced process instead of six documents and a memory
- Weekly reporting that lands without anyone building it
- Quoting knowledge pulled out of one head into something anyone can work from
- An AI agent doing the first draft of work your senior people are still doing by hand
03 · Enable
Your team trained on your system, and the training written down. An AI usage policy your people will actually follow. Leadership briefed on what is changing and what to ignore.
- Practical sessions for individuals, teams or whole companies
- Working competence, not a walkthrough and a PDF
- Where a person has to approve something, and who that is
- Available whether or not we built anything
Support
One project is not the hard part. What happens next is. We sit alongside your leadership team or AI committee to keep track of what has changed, what matters, what to invest in and what risks are turning up.
- What has changed in the tools and the market since last time
- What to invest in and what to ignore
- Risks that are turning up, caught early
- Then back to Analyse
Only offered where there is genuinely ongoing work. If it needs more than a couple of hours of attention a month, it is not advisory and we rescope it.
Straight answers
Why not just start building?
Because most businesses do not know which problem is the expensive one. The Analysis finds it, and it is often not the one you rang about.
Will the Analysis really take about two weeks?
Approximately, if the people we need are made available. If the diary slips, so does the date, and we will tell you while it is happening rather than after.
How is it priced?
The discovery call is free and so are the free wins. The Analysis is priced to your size, because more people means more interviews. Builds and training are quoted to the job. You will have the number in writing before anything starts.
Can we just do the training?
Yes. Enable stands on its own, for one person or a whole company.
What if we only want a small project first?
That is often the right call. A small build lets your team see how it works and how it feels before you commit to anything larger. We'll scope it that way if that is where you are.
Do I have to take the ongoing advisory?
No. We'll only offer it where there is real ongoing work. If it needs more than a couple of hours of attention a month it is not advisory, and we rescope it.
